Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancel a subscription
You may cancel future renewal at any time from CrackIt’s Account screen or directly in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CrackIt. Cancellation normally keeps access active until the end of the period already paid. Uninstalling CrackIt or deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Google Play purchases
Google Play processes Android subscription payments and refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Request a refund through your Google Play order history or Google Play support. Approval is determined by Google Play. If Google approves and reverses a purchase, premium access connected to that purchase may end.
Other payment channels
If CrackIt later offers a direct payment method, send a request from the registered email address with the order reference and reason. We will review duplicate charges, technical failures preventing access, unauthorized transactions and rights available under applicable consumer law. A change of mind, failure to use the service or an examination outcome does not by itself guarantee a refund.
