Delete your account
You can permanently delete your CrackIt account and associated learning data. This page remains available if you have uninstalled the Android app or cannot access it.
Delete inside the Android app
- Sign in to CrackIt.
- Open Account.
- Select Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password. If your account was created only through Google or Facebook, type DELETE.
- If prompted, cancel future subscription renewal first and then repeat deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Send the request from the email address registered with CrackIt. Use the subject “CrackIt account deletion” and include the registered email address. We may ask you to verify control of the account before completing the request.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play. Cancel it in Google Play first to prevent future charges. Access may continue until the end of the paid period.
Data removed
Deletion removes your profile and email from the active account, credentials, linked Google/Facebook identity, sessions, notification registrations, preferences, enrollments, lesson progress, bookmarks, practice and mock-test history, reviews, course questions, support messages, claimed certificates and encrypted purchase tokens.
Limited records retained
We anonymize the remaining account record. Transaction and security/audit records may be retained only where reasonably required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance. They are not retained to continue providing or marketing the deleted account.
