Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CrackIt: Exam Preparation App (“CrackIt”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our Android application, website, administration systems, courses, practice tests and support services.

Who operates CrackIt

CrackIt is operated by Vikas Arora, Plot No. 14-A, Flat No. 7, Mahima Nagar Vistar, Khejro Ka Baas, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India. Privacy and support enquiries may be sent to vikasarora2020@gmail.com or made by phone at +91 92510 51051.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts; provide courses, tests, progress, certificates and support; verify subscriptions; deliver requested notifications; prevent abuse; maintain service reliability; comply with legal obligations; and improve the learning experience. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Google and Facebook sign-in

Google sign-in provides your verified email address, name and a stable Google account identifier. Facebook sign-in provides your email address, name and a stable Facebook account identifier when you approve access. We use these details only to register, authenticate, link and secure your CrackIt account. CrackIt does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, Facebook posts or friends. Provider access tokens are validated for sign-in and are not retained as stored CrackIt profile data.

When information is shared

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, follow your instructions, comply with law or protect users and the platform. Processors may include Google Sign-In and Google Play, Meta/Facebook Login, Firebase Cloud Messaging, payment processors such as Razorpay when enabled, email-delivery services, and our hosting/infrastructure provider. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed in countries where those providers operate.

Retention and deletion

Account and learning information is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, credentials, linked social identities, sessions, learning progress, attempts, support content, claimed certificates, notification registrations and encrypted purchase tokens. We anonymize the remaining account record. Limited transaction and audit records may be retained when reasonably required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Backup copies age out through our backup-retention process.

Delete your account in the Android app under Account → Delete my account, or use our account-deletion page if you no longer have the app.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, hashed passwords and sessions, encryption for selected provider credentials and tokens, private server storage, rate limits and backups. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

Children

CrackIt is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 supplied information should contact us so we can delete it. Users who are minors should use the service with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required.

Your choices and rights

You can update profile information, control notifications, cancel renewal, sign out devices and delete your account through the app. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a concern by contacting us. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above. Material changes may also be announced in the app.
