Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of CrackIt: Exam Preparation App and related services operated by Vikas Arora. By creating an account or using CrackIt, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate information, keep your account secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and may not share, sell or transfer access.
Educational service
CrackIt provides courses, notes, practice questions, mock tests, study resources and progress tools for exam preparation. Content is educational assistance. We do not guarantee selection, scores, employment, admission or any examination result. Exam patterns, syllabuses and official rules may change; consult the relevant examination authority for current official information.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions unlock the content described at purchase. The price, billing period, taxes, trial terms if any, and renewal details are shown before confirmation. Android subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed and managed by Google Play. They renew automatically until cancelled through Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access available through the paid period. Deleting CrackIt does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase channel, applicable law and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Removing the app, not using content or deleting an account does not automatically create a refund.
Permitted use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use CrackIt for your own learning. You must not copy or redistribute paid content; share credentials; scrape or automate access; bypass subscriptions or security; upload unlawful or infringing material; disrupt the service; reverse engineer protected parts except where law permits; or use CrackIt to harm another person.
Content and intellectual property
CrackIt software, branding, course structure and supplied educational content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law. You retain rights in lawful reviews, support messages or questions you submit. You grant us permission to host and display that material only as needed to operate and improve the service. Do not submit confidential, unlawful or third-party copyrighted material.
Availability and changes
We work to keep CrackIt available and accurate, but maintenance, network failures, provider outages and content corrections may interrupt service. We may add, remove or update features and content. If a material change adversely affects an active paid subscription, applicable consumer rights remain available.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close accounts that breach these terms, threaten security, misuse content or violate law. You may stop using CrackIt and delete your account at any time, subject to first cancelling active renewal where required. Provisions relating to payments, intellectual property, retained records and disputes survive termination where applicable.
Responsibility
CrackIt is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, examination outcomes, decisions based solely on educational content, or failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or legal right available to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
